Agreement

By accessing or using Pactbase websites, products, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are between you and Pactbase LLC.

Each Pactbase product will explicitly state all required privacy policies and terms that govern the use of that product. Where product-specific terms apply, they supplement these site-wide terms for that product.

Use of services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

Intellectual property

Pactbase and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in our websites, software, branding, and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services as intended. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Beta & coming soon products

Some Pactbase products may be offered in beta or pre-release. These services are provided "as is" and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Pactbase shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using our services at any time.

Governing law
